LUNAmoon Fix Base Nail Coat

Fix Base is an updated formulation of our legendary base coat. While sharing core performance traits with Rubber Base, it features a noticeably thinner (medium-thin) consistency for faster, high-precision leveling. It is fully hypoallergenic, carries a neutral odor, and guarantees 3 to 4 weeks of premium wear without lifting. This base is exceptionally well-suited for full-coverage gel tip extensions.

• Acidity Level: 3–4 pH

• Consistency: Medium-thin, self-leveling

• Thermal Sensation: May cause a mild warming sensation under the lamp only on damaged or over-thinned nails (completely comfortable on healthy nails)

• Lamp Requirements: Original 36–48W UV/LED lamps recommended

• Shelf Life: 24 months sealed (up to 12 months once opened)

Application Method:

1. Remove previous product. Do not file the final nail shape yet, or leave a 2 mm margin to be cleaned up after structural leveling.

2. Lightly etch the nail plate using a 220-grit file or a 100-grit buffer.

3. Perform a standard manicure.

4. Degrease the nail plate thoroughly with LUNAmoon Nail Prep in two separate passes.

5. Apply a dehydrator.

6. Use a flat brush to work a thin, scrubbed layer of LUNAmoon Fix Base into the nail plate. Cure for 60 seconds.

7. Wipe away the tacky dispersion layer.

8. File the nail into its final desired shape.
