ÜLKA Carbide Large Cone Nail Drill Bit (6.0 x 15.0 mm) – Blue Band

The professional ÜLKA carbide drill bit in a large cone shape (6.0 mm head diameter, 15.0 mm length) is premium-crafted from high-grade, long-lasting tungsten carbide (HRA 95%). The blue band signifies medium grit, making it the most universal and highly demanded tool for swift and safe product removal. It effortlessly shaves down soak-off gel polishes, rubber bases, extension builder gels, and acrylgel, creating a perfectly smooth surface without raw tracking. Designed with exceptional structural balance, it operates with zero vibration, eliminating uncomfortable friction heat and ensuring top-tier safety and speed for intensive daily salon work.

Technical Specifications:

  • Shape: Large Cone

  • Material: Premium Tungsten Carbide (HRA 95%)

  • Grit Type: Medium (Blue band)

  • Head Diameter: 6.0 mm / Head Length: 15.0 mm

Maintenance & Hygiene Guide:

  1. Disinfection: Submerge the drill bits into a professional disinfectant solution immediately after use. Choose premium cleaners specialized for metal alloy instruments to preserve the sharpness of the teeth.

  2. Ultrasonic Cleaning: Completely flush away product particles trapped between the flutes using the ÜLKA Pulse ultrasonic cleaning tank. For efficient workflow, dry the bits using the drying cycle (80°C for 30 minutes) inside the Jupiter 10V dry heat sterilizer.

  3. Dry Heat Sterilization: Place fully dry bits into kraft sterilization pouches and process them in the ÜLKA Mercury 2V or Jupiter 10V dry heat units at 160–180°C.

  4. Handling: Store in a dry, dust-free case. Avoid drops and physical impacts, as tungsten carbide teeth can chip and the shank can bend, causing micro-motor imbalance.
