Maintenance & Hygiene Guide:

1. Disinfection: Submerge the bits in a medical-grade disinfection solution immediately after use. Always select premium detergents formulated for metal alloy tools to prevent cutting teeth dullness.

2. Ultrasonic Cleaning: Flush artificial product flakes from the sharp flutes using the ÜLKA Pulse ultrasonic cleaning tank. For optimal prep, dry the bits on the pre-sterilization drying cycle (80°C for 30 min) in the Jupiter 10V dry heat sterilizer.

3. Dry Heat Sterilization: Place fully dried bits inside kraft sterilization pouches and cycle them through ÜLKA Mercury 2V or Jupiter 10V dry heat sterilizers at 160–180°C.

4. Handling: Store in a dry, dust-free box. Avoid dropping the bit, as heavy impact can chip the carbide teeth or warp the shank, ruining the micromotor's balance.
