DE:CO ZOLA eyebrow powder-decolorant is a unique dual-functional powder, designed for two purposes: lightening natural melanin and removing accumulated artificial pigment from various types of eyebrow hairs. When mixed with oxidant (1.8 and 3%), the powder transforms into a homogeneous creamy consistency that easily spreads on the hairs and does not run off. The product works very effectively: It gradually and gently lightens both natural melanin and removes excess artificial pigment. A special complex based on milk proteins, which is part of the powder, protects the structure of the hairs during lightening or removal of artificial pigment.
